I typically only show availability for 7-10 days at a time.
That's because I've learned that people frequently cancel or don't show up for their appointments when they're scheduled too far in advance.
However, there are many times when I do show availability as far out as 2+ weeks.
Therefore, check the calendar to see what's available. If you don't see any dates past 7-10 days from now, you'll understand why. If there's a date and time you want that's further out than what's shown on the calendar, just reach out to me and I'll try my best to get it scheduled for you.

I update my calendar every few days.
You can check my calendar by scrolling down, clicking an appointment type and then visiting my scheduling page.
On my scheduling page, if you don't see any available appointments or any available appointments that fit your schedule, simply check back in a few days or join the Waiting List.
Scroll down to the bottom of this page to join the Waiting List.
Note: Do not join the Waiting List until you’ve checked my calendar first.

The preferred method for financial coaching appointments is Zoom.
Here’s why: On a Zoom call, we can cover many individualized and technical items that we can’t cover on the phone.
For example, I can pull up my budget template, share my screen and we can create & review your budget together.
If you requested a credit report, we can review it together right on the screen.
If you want to work on a debt repayment plan, we can do so right on the screen.
Etc.
If you schedule a Phone Consultation, we’re limited on what we can cover in detail.
We can discuss your questions, goals, etc in a general manner. But it’ll be hard to address specifics without the corresponding tools to refer to, like we can on Zoom.
And some topics are confusing to discuss without visual materials to refer to. Those materials are available through Zoom.
Phone Consultations are still very helpful and effective, but I just want to make sure you understand their limitations.
If you cannot schedule a Zoom or Phone Consultation, then the next best option is an Email Consultation.

zoom Consultation
Zoom is the preferred method for financial coaching appointments. It combines the effectiveness of meeting in person with the efficiencies of technology. We can create and review your budget, review your credit report, create a debt repayment plan, share files and screens and so much more.
After you schedule your appointment, you'll receive an email with information on how to access the Zoom call.
Phone Consultation
Phone Consultations are great for people who cannot accommodate Zoom Consultations. We can discuss your questions, goals, etc in a general manner.
After you schedule your appointment, you'll receive an email with details.
Note: Phone Consultations have their limits on the depth in which we can discuss your questions. For the best experience and outcomes, please schedule a Zoom Consultation.
Email Consultation
An Email Consultation is a great way to have a financial coaching conversation without having to commit to a specific date and/or time. Plus, we can always schedule a Zoom or Email Consultation later.

You’ve checked my calendar and no appointments are currently available.
You’ve checked my calendar and there are appointments available, but you can’t make any of them.
So if either of the above applies to you, please enter your Name and Email Address towards the bottom of this page.
How does the Waiting List work?
When new appointments are available, I’ll email you to let you know.
If you can’t make any of the available appointments, then you’ll remain on the Waiting List and I’ll contact you when my calendar has been updated again.
Once you schedule an appointment, I’ll delete your name from the Waiting List.
Please write only one email address.
It can be your personal email or work email. Be sure to enter your email address correctly.
If you're using your CCHS email, then it's your alias@ChristianaCare.org. Be sure to use the correct alias.
I frequently send emails outside of normal business hours. So if you use your work email, be sure you can access it outside of work.
You won't be spammed or solicited. I won't give or sell your email address to anyone. Your email address will only being used to contact you regarding available appointments.
