Please read the following carefully:
1. You’ll need access to a webcam and microphone.
If you have this on your computer/laptop/tablet, then please login from there instead of from your cell phone.
Because if we review documents such as a budget, it’ll be easier for you to follow along than on a phone screen.
2. If you do login from your cell phone, please lean it against something so you are facing it. If you have a selfie stand, I recommend using that.
3. Please do your best to be in a distraction-free environment. Ideally this is an office, bedroom, conference room, etc.
Please DO NOT login while driving, pumping gas, shopping at the store, etc. If you login while doing any of these things or start doing any of these things during the call, I’ll have to cancel it and you’ll have to reschedule.
The reason for this is because the Zoom call is taking the place of an in-person consultation. So we need to be able to see and speak to each other without safety issues (driving), distractions (outside noise, people in the background), etc.
I know unexpected distractions can happen during a Zoom call or people can appear in the background such as coworkers, family members or pets. That’s okay and understandable.
But I’m talking about when clients purposely multi-task (drive, run errands, etc.) on a Zoom call or join the Zoom call when they’re in a noisy environment. It’s distracting for the both of us and it reduces the productivity and effectiveness of the Zoom call.
So please try your best to avoid doing so. If you can’t, please cancel or reschedule your appointment in advance. You can do that by clicking the Cancel/Reschedule links in your confirmation and reminder emails.
4. Please save our appointment to your calendar so you don’t miss it. If you are running late, please call or text me at (302) 383-8812.
If I don’t hear from you, I’ll wait for 15 minutes. If you don’t login to our Zoom call within 15 minutes, I’ll cancel our appointment.
But if you know you can’t make our appointment in advance, please cancel or reschedule it so I can fill that time slot with another appointment or task.

Depending on when you call back, we can still have our phone consultation or you’ll have to reschedule.

Please have information on your household budget, debt payments, credit card statements, etc. That way, you can refer to them during our appointment.

Please have an idea of your monthly income and expenses. Some clients write them out while others refer to their online banking records via their phones or computers. We’ll enter your income and expenses into the budget template I’ve created.

1. Your monthly debts (Car loans, student loans, credit cards, personal/bank loans and mortgages.)
2. Your current loan balances
3. Interest rates for each of the debts
4. What the minimum monthly payments are

If you have a business plan already, we can review it together. If you don’t, then it’s okay! We’ll discuss various topics at our appointment: Your business goals, pricing strategies, how to control expenses, etc. Everything we discuss will be strictly confidential.

Change / Cancel your appointment
The best and fastest way to change or cancel your appointment is to click the Change/Cancel Appointment link in your Reminder Email or Confirmation Emails.
But if you don’t have access to those emails at the moment, then please do one of the following:
