At the bottom of this page, you’ll see a button you can click to schedule your appointment. When scheduling your appointment, you’ll complete an intake form. On that intake form, you’ll indicate the topic(s)/service(s) you’d like to cover on your appointment.

  • Everyone needs a budget! We'll complete a very easy-to-use template that I've created on Microsoft Excel and you'll learn how to manage your finances in a very practical way.

  • We can review the credit report I pulled for you. We can discuss how to build credit, how to improve your credit profile & scores, and more!

  • We’ll discuss the basics of buying, selling or renting a home. Then you can take that information to your Realtor® and/or mortgage lender for specific advice regarding your situation.

    I’m a licensed and active Realtor® and I’ve been in the business since 2007. But at this appointment, we’ll only discuss basic information within the parameters of financial coaching. For the “special sauce”, i.e. specific advice and strategies for your situation, you’ll have to talk to your Realtor® and/or mortgage lender.

  • We'll create a debt repayment plan that will drastically reduce your debt repayment time frame AND the amount of money you'll pay in interest!

  • Do you have a business idea, but don’t know where to start? We'll discuss your business plan, pricing and revenue models, marketing and advertising, sales forecasts and more! Or perhaps you’re thinking of joining an existing business platform like the kinds that sell supplements, candles, home products, vacation packages, etc. We’ll discuss the pros and cons, sales strategies and more so you’ll feel confident in your decision.

  • If you feel like you're in a financial crisis and have no idea where to start or what to do, then choose this appointment type. We'll meet, take a deep breath together and tackle your challenges step by step.
